Alena Metz is the creator of the character Myosotis Terra. She won a competition run by Loewe (German publishing company) in 2010 to have a character appear in a short story bundled with the German edition of Mortal Coil. Myosotis also re-appeared in a short cameo for Last Stand of Dead Men.
