Arborkinesis[1] is a discipline of Adept magic. Practitioners are capable of growing plants by talking to them. The extent of this ability is unknown, but it doesn't seem to be highly regarded even by Arborkinetics themselves, so it is assumed to be limited.
In 2019, Temper Fray enters the house of an Arborkinetic couple in Roarhaven while running away from the anti-Sanctuary. Quibble attempts to shoot them, but is stopped by Lethe, on the grounds that "they may talk to plants, but they're still sorcerers".
