Clerihew Montgomery was a prisoner of Coldheart Prison due to him killing two people. When Abyssinia took over the prison, he joined The Anti-Sanctuary.

He was taken to a cell in the Irish Sanctuary after he and the forces of Coldheart Prison attacked it. China promised him freedom in exchange for telling them the location of the prison. He revealed that Coldheart was in Lambay Island, but before he could be freed, Abyssinia’s bomb went off and killed him.
