Crepuscular Vies is an elusive man who previously worked with Martin Flanery and was a friend of Omen Darkly. He was previously Skulduggery's partner but Skulduggery believed he was dead. He has no lips and his face is covered in scars.

He kills Wilkes and says that he will help Flanery. He wants to kill Skulduggery.
Bedlam[]
He kills Razzia, Abyssinia and Nero.
Seasons of War[]
He is revealed to be Skulduggery Pleasant's first partner (mentioned in the first book) that Skulduggery thought was dead. Vies makes friends with Omen, and helps him to save his brother from Reznor Rake.
Crepuscular offers to help Omen stop the activation wave. Crepuscular meets Cadaver Cain. Cadaver helps Omen and Crepuscular find the Zeta switch. Crepuscular helps Omen to get close to the Pillar to shut it off. Omen realises that Crepuscular's quest with him i just about revenge, so leaves him and makes Crepuscular unhappy.
