Dimensional Shunting is an Adept magic, similar to Teleportation. Dimensional Shunters have the ability to shunt objects/people to different dimensions.

They can shunt themselves and other objects/people
They can cast an Echo shunt which delay a shunt for a period of time before shunting into another dimension and back repeatedly.
They can make people not fit in dimensions, so that they are out of sync with the rest of the world.
