Mandat is the current Grand Mage and former Elder of the French Sanctuary. He is the successor of Trebuchet.
Biography[]
Rise to power[]
He was one of Trebuchet's Elders, but then Trebuchet suggested that they should move the sanctuary to Paris-Germain. Two years later after Mandat had exploited Trebuchet's weaknesses, he became Grand Mage.
Last Stand of Dead Men[]
He appears during the meeting of the Supreme Council, suggesting that they take China Sorrows alive so they can tap her knowledge and use it to defeat Ireland. But his idea was rejected by the others.
