Meek Ridge was a town located in Colorado, America. Valkyrie Cain settled down in an old farmhouse in Meek Ridge after leaving Ireland, but was known to the inhabitants only as Stephanie Edgley. Meek Ridge had a General Store, owned by Danny and there were plans to build a Starbucks, something that was fiercely objected by coffee shop owner Etta Faulkner.
