Philomena Random is an Adept who is Geoffrey Scrutinous partner in public relations. She is also able to persuade people and both her and Scrutinous are afraid of battle.
In Mortal coil, she attends the meetings to elect a new Council of Elders.
Later on, herself, Geoffrey and Skulduggery are running in a room filled with people possesed by Remnants. They try to run out of the room, but herself and Geoffrey fall behind and get possessed.
