Regis was a soldier who worked for The Supreme Council during the War of the Sanctuaries. He worked under General Mantis.
Biography[]
Last Stand of Dead Men[]
He led a group of soldiers, including Ashione, through The Midnight Hotel into Ireland. He was then ordered to lead a battle against The Irish Sanctuary. Later, in The Battle of Roarhaven, one of Mantis' plans backfired & both were captured. He was tied to a stake and burnt alive. Skulduggery Pleasant ordered him to be shot out of mercy, so his suffering could be reduced.
