Solace was a former handmaiden of Serafina. She was also in a romantic relationship with Caisson. She was trapped in room K-49 of the asylum until she was rescued by Caisson and his mother.
Biography[]
History[]
Solace once worked in Mevolent's castle as a handmaiden to Serafina, until one day she managed to escape. She found Caisson injured and dying after he had been attacked and defeated by Skulduggery Pleasant. Solace nursed Caisson back to health and they fell in love. For almost a hundred and sixty years they lived together in peace, until another of Serafina's handmaidens spotted Solace one day on the street and she was dragged back to Mevolent's castle to be tortured by Serafina. Caisson went to the castle, killed Mevolent and rescued Solace, but he was betrayed by China Sorrows, who revealed their location to Serafina. Caisson was captured, Solace's faith is unknown.
Bedlam[]
In Bedlam, Caisson and Abyssinia rescue her from Greymire Asylum. After Caisson's death, it is revealed her mother is China Sorrows and that China had ulterior motives for trapping her in Greymire Asylum.
Seasons of War[]
Solace later attacks China, seemingly vegetising her, she evades capture and Damocles Creed is elected as Supreme Mage.
