Sully (Full name Sullivan) was an owner of a livery in South Dakota in 1861. The Dead Men stopped at his livery to refresh their horses, though the mages had to threaten him before Sully agreed to tend to their steeds. He was foul-tempered and also had a tendency to ramble.
