A Sunburst is a Magic defibrillator that is used in The Dying of the Light on Valkyrie Cain and Alice. It revives Valkyrie after Darquesse is expelled from her body. Valkyrie later uses the Sunburst on Alice to revive her after transferring ownership of the Scepter of the Ancients.
Description
A seven pointed star made of thick metal and inscribed with dozens of delicate symbols. Unlike mortal defibrillators, a Sunburst delivers an electrical shock to both the heart and the nervous system, increasing the chance of survival.
